Nick joined the car trade over 30 years ago with Isaac Agnew Volkswagen in Mallusk and enjoyed 5 years selling both new and used cars.

Joined Audi Belfast as Business Manager in 2000 and in 2003 became Corporate Sales Manager.

In 2006, Audi opened a new Centre in Portadown and Nick was appointed as Sales Manager.

In 2008, Nick Joined Charles Hurst Peugeot as General Sales Manager.

2nd February 2009 saw the formation of Nick Bonar Cars.

With Nick’s experience in both corporate sales dealing with business contract hire and the sale of used cars, the natural progression was to grow the business accordingly.

We now employ 7 staff and have a finance business, Finance Logic, a van conversion business, Elite Custom Vans, and a mechanical workshop.

Having trained in the body shop with the Agnew Group for many years, Scott has over 30 years’ experience in the field of vehicle repair, paintwork and conversions. He has had specialist training in several complimentary areas and can undertake any vehicle customisation, conversion or repair to approved industry standards.

Within our Elite Custom Van business, his skills are invaluable to ensure we are designing and delivering bespoke custom van conversions with high specifications and stylish interiors.

In his spare time, Scott loves to get out to ride his motorcycle and socialise with family and friends.

Roberta has been a valued member of the Nick Bonar Cars team for nearly 4 years now and is responsible for the accounting and administration aspect of the business. With her keen eye for detail and organisation, she ensures our financial operations and workshop run smoothly and efficiently.

Her diverse career history has allowed her to gain a wealth of experience in the field of insurance, accounting and management, which best places her as the backbone of Nick Bonar Cars.

Roberta has many hobbies, with horse riding at the top of the list. She also tries to find the time to relax by crafting and enjoying long walks.

Having joined the team at Nick Bonar Cars in March 2024, Nikki brings a wealth of experience from her 20 year career in the motor industry. After graduating from Queen’s University, she embarked on a role in Sales with Isaac Agnew Volkswagen, and after with Charles Hurst Usedirect. She later had the role of Showroom Manager at Premium Direct/Usedirect Belfast, where she was responsible for finance and operational aspects of the dealership.

Here at Nick Bonar Cars, she manages our sales and finance and maintains customer relationships, whilst ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Nikki loves family time, and relaxes by being outdoors and walking.
